TERMS OF LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SOHOCG AND THE BUYER

– PLEASE USE YOUR CORRECT PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DETAILS WHEN MAKING ORDERS.
– ALL ANONYMOUS ORDERS WILL BE CHECKED MANUALLY BY SOHOCG AND POTENTIALLY CANCELLED AND REFUNDED IF NOT VERIFIABLE.
– ANY ORDERS MADE USING FALSE INFO WILL BE REFUNDED AND THE BUYER WILL BE BANNED.
– SOHOCG WILL NOT SELL 3D MODELS TO NON 3D USERS OR OTHER DISTRIBUTORS.
– ANY BUSINESS / FREELANCER ILLEGALLY SHARING, SUPPLYING, GIFTING, DISTRIBUTING SOHOCG 3D MODELS TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS / FREELANCER IS DEFRAUDING SOHOCG. FRAUD IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE.
– BY BUYING A SOHOCG 3D MODEL LICENSE YOU THE BUYER AGREE TO NEVER SHARE, SUPPLY, GIFT, DISTRIBUTE SOHOCG 3D MODELS TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS / FREELANCER
– ALL ORDERS ARE CHECKED MANUALLY BY SOHOCG (3D MODELLER, STORE OWNER AND WEBMASTER) FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE EULA.

1.1. Following the payment of any applicable license fee for a 3D Model, the Buyer acquires a license in accordance with the terms and conditions of this section. Any license rights relating to the 3D Model are contingent upon the transfer of money from the buyer to SOHOCG. All license rights terminate immediately and without notice if a sale is reversed for any reason.

1.2. Certain Products with third party copyrighted or trademarked images, logos, brand names, etc., may require additional licensing, rights, permissions, releases, or clearance for non-editorial use. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their legal advisor to determine, before purchasing, or using any Product, whether additional licensing, rights, permissions, releases, or clearance are necessary for the intended use of Product. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to obtain any licensing, rights, permissions, or clearance. Buyers should understand additional licensing, rights, permissions, releases, or clearance may be relevant for certain products.

1.3. All licenses for 3D Models are non-transferable. Buyers do not own any 3D Model and are only licensed to use it in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable license.

The Seller SOHOCG retains creative copyright in all 3D Models purchased by any Buyer. All 3D Models will remain the creative property of SOHOCG and buyers are only licensed to use 3D Models within the EULA Terms set by SOHOCG

1.4. The license to use any 3D Model is non-exclusive, non-transferable and is granted only to you as the original Buyer.

1.5. Any 3D Model, returned to SOHOCG in accordance with applicable law for whatever reason must be destroyed by the Buyer immediately. The license to use any 3D Model is revoked at the time 3D Model is returned.

1.6 Any 3D Model obtained by means of theft or fraudulent activity of any kind is not granted a license. Any Criminal Activity will be reported to the Police & Action Fraud

2.2. The Buyer’s license to use any 3D Model is strictly limited to creating the following end products:
(1) Rendered still images or video animation.
(2) Renders published within a book, magazine or poster.
2.3. Absent a written grant of rights greater than that contained in “General license”, all other rights or sub-divisions of rights generally included in copyright are excluded from this license and remain the property of the Seller SOHOCG.

2.4. The resale or redistribution by the Buyer of any 3D Model obtained from SOHOCG is expressly prohibited. Any Criminal Activity will be reported to the Police & Action Fraud

2.5. Any company or business caught abusing the SOHOCG license or caught using SOHOCG images without a license will be fined to the cost of x3 product licenses.

3. App Integration and Subscription Usage: The use of SOHOCG 3D models in any subscription-based applications, platforms, or services is expressly prohibited unless explicitly licensed for such use through a negotiated and compensated agreement. Embedding our models in a way that enables third-party access or generates revenue via subscription services constitutes a breach of our licensing agreement.

3. App Integration and Subscription Usage: The use of SOHOCG 3D models in any subscription-based applications, platforms, or services is expressly prohibited unless explicitly licensed for such use through a negotiated and compensated agreement.
Embedding our models in a way that enables third-party access or generates revenue via subscription services constitutes a breach of our licensing agreement.

4. Anti-Roblox and Platform-Specific Use Restriction Clause. This clause applies to all purchases and licenses granted for assets from SOHOCG 3D Models.

The purchaser strictly agrees not to import, embed, share, or redistribute the asset, or any derivatives of the asset, on Roblox (or any similar platform).
This includes, but is not limited to:
4.1 Using the asset as part of any project, game, or application hosted or distributed via Roblox Studio.
4,2 Incorporating the asset into any app, platform, or game that allows third-party access, whether monetized or non-monetized, including but not limited to mobile gaming applications.
4.3 Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the asset or its derivatives in any format within Roblox, similar platforms, or related marketplaces.
Violations of this clause will result in the immediate termination of the license without refund.
Furthermore, the purchaser will be required to:
1. Immediately cease all use of the asset in any capacity.
2. Permanently delete and destroy all copies of the asset and its derivatives, including but not limited to any digital or physical storage, backups, or embedded instances.
3. Provide a written confirmation to the creator within 7 days, certifying that all copies of the asset have been destroyed as required.
The creator SOHOCG 3D Models reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect their intellectual property and ensure compliance with this agreement.
